Gambling

This skill represents the character's understanding of games of chance. All characters may gamble, but those with ranks in the skill stand a better chance of successfully earning money by doing so.

Higher ranks in this skill mean that the character is will win more money (if he wins) and lose less money (if he loses) in even-odd games. Further, the character stands a better chance of winning games with odds that are not 1:1. Higher ranks further increases the amount of money that can be bet, and may grant access to additional gaming parlors.

This is an exceptionally poor choice for starting characters.
