Character Point

Character Points are a measure of "potential ability" in characters. Character Points are similar to Experience Points in that they are earned through activity, but different from Experience Points in that they are spendable.

Character Points are able to be spent by a player in order to improve a character's skills or attributes.

Character Points are granted whenever the character gains a level.
