Barter

This skill allows the character to obtain better prices at stores in the game. All characters may attempt to barter, but those with this skill have a better chance of succeeding.

Higher ranks in this skill mean that the character's attempts at bartering will be more successfull.

This is a poor skill choice for starting characters, as the need to barter is not apparent until later in the game.
